摘要: Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a potentially blinding complication of diabetes mellitus. After the initial diagnosis diabetes, deficiencies typical for DR, namely abnormal autoregulation retinal arteries, increased blood flow, breakdown blood-retinal barrier, and disturbances in function develop silently remain clinically undetected quite some time. A characteristic microangiopathy fundus one first visible signs DR. Macular edema, neovascularization, contraction vitreous proliferated fibrovascular tissue are late consequences diabetic eye.
