摘要: We have developed methods for the synthesis of peptide-oligodeoxyribonucleotide conjugate molecules in particular, and polyamide-oligonucleotide conjugates general. Synthesis is carried out by a solid-phase procedure involves assembly polyamide on solid support, conversion terminal amino group to protected primary aliphatic hydroxy reaction with alpha, omega-hydroxycarboxylic acid derivatives, finally oligonucleotide using phosphoramidite chemistry. The can be used as DNA probes, component carrying one or more non-radioactive markers. These also potential anti-sense inhibitors gene expression, peptide segment acting targeting moiety.
