摘要: Abstract : The purpose of the current report is to summarize work conducted within Project 12oe 'Trust Violation and Repair'. begins with a review project objectives provides some background as genesis this project. major pieces undertaken are outlined findings from each these milestones. These include measure validation study completing development Trust in Teams Scale Leaders Scale. Three empirical studies on nature trust violation repair, one investigating phenomenon category based (i.e., swift trust), violations repair distributed teams, further exploring similar dynamics culturally diverse teams. As well, involved scenarios relevant military (infantry) context. Knowledge Transfer aspects project, including two publications Canadian Forces Leadership Institute international dissemination measures also outlined. I conclude lessons learned suggestions for future research area.
