Human papillomavirus has been linked increased incidence BTT, yet, trends in BTT OT tumors among gender ethnic origin groups have not well examined. We sought examine trend gender-, origin- age-specific these over time. Methods: Data were obtained from Surveillance, Epidemiology End Results Program US National Cancer Institute. examined temporal sex- origin-specific SCC by calculating annual percent changes followed joinpoint analyses evaluating trend. Results: While age-adjusted rates white males a more pronounced increase observed mid-1990s, females experienced significant tumors. Patients advanced carcinoma had significantly lower survival compared those disease; however, patients early-stage better BTT. Conclusions: men is likely human driven, studies are needed elucidate increasing women. The differences outcomes across also described discussed.
