摘要: The antigenic structures recognized by anti-endothelial cell antibodies (AECA) in sera from 10 Wegener's granulomatosis (WG) and 12 systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with signs of vasculitis were characterized immunoprecipitation selectively radiolabeled surface membrane proteins human umbilical vein endothelial cells. Electrophoretic analysis the immunoprecipitated revealed reactivities against antigens ranging size 200 to 25 kDa. AECA not specific, since same also reacted, at least part, fibroblast proteins. majority WG displayed a constant precipitation pattern five (180, 155, 125, 68, kDa). On contrary, SLE reacted more heterogeneous series A group four proteins, however, was found sera: 200, 180, In addition, some only (125 kDa) or (200 kDa), suggesting different reactivity vasculitic processes. reaction did involve intracellular as demonstrated lack negative for but positive anti-cytoplasmic anti-nuclear antibodies. These data confirming that recognize determinants further support potential pathogenetic role these autoimmune vasculitis.
