摘要: Since the development of solid-phase peptide synthesis in 1960s, many laboratories have modified technology for production arrays to facilitate discovery novel mimetics and therapeutics. One these, known as SPOT synthesis, enables parallel on cellulose paper sheets has several advantages over other methods. Today, technique remains one most frequently used methods screening peptides arrays. Although polypropylene glass can be preparation arrays, commonly material membranes is cellulose. Critical success ability modify a membrane make it more suitable their analogues. In this review, we highlight current range chemical modifications that been developed enable further enhance its impact drug discovery. This will contribute applications therapeutic screening.
