摘要: Heart rate variability (HRV), the quantification of beat-to-beat variability, has been studied as a potential prognostic marker in inflammatory diseases such sepsis. HRV normally reflects significant levels homeostasis, which can be lost under stress. Much effort placed interpreting from perspective quantitatively understanding how stressors alter dynamics, but molecular and cellular mechanisms that give rise to both homeostatic changes have received less focus. Here, we develop mathematical model human endotoxemia incorporates oscillatory signals giving their signal transduction heart. Connections between processes at cellular, molecular, neural are linked HRV. Rhythmic representing autonomic oscillations circadian rhythms converge modulate pattern heartbeats, effects these oscillators diminished acute response. Based on semimechanistic developed herein, stress responses terms signals. Understanding loss serves step toward observed clinically through translational applications systems biology based relationship biological clinical outcomes.
