摘要: Abstract Two dynorphin-(Dyn) immunoreactive fractions (I and II) were isolated from bovine adrenal medulla. On Fast Atom Bombardment (FAB) mass spectrometry, fraction I was identified as Dyn-(1–12) II shown to be a mixture of Dyn-(1–11), Dyn-(1–13) two modified forms with molecular weights exceeding that the parent peptide by 14 28, respectively. These results suggest Dyn-biosynthetic pathway may generate different types biologically active molecules.
