摘要: We developed a new scheme for obtaining coherent random lasing based on chip consisting of polymer film doped with Rhodamine 6G, having as scatterers butterfly-like TiO(2) nanomembranes (TiO(2)-NM) supported glass substrate. The feedback mechanism laser action is due to the multiple scattering light by TiO(2)-NM rather than provided localized variations refractive index in film. above-threshold spikes signature indicative emission confirmed. As are foreseen MEMS/NEMS building blocks, generation combined active/passive photonic devices can be envisaged.
