摘要: Experiments were designed to determine the role of heme and importance other factors in growth ofCampylobacter pylori. Campylobacter pylori strains tested for their ability synthesize porphyrin, grow be maintained on basal medium supplemented with blood or products, influence bovine serum albumin catalase viability. Results indicated thatCampylobacter does not require as a source porphyrin. Growth could sustained media containing starch hemoglobin, but was erythrocytes, serum, catalase. The suggests that protection from toxic fatty acids prevention product formation may important survival vitro. Both combined provide minimum requirements which allow spectrum present single culture blood-free media.
