摘要: OBJECTIVES: It has been hypothesized that cerebral neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin could play a role in human romantic bonding. However, no data on the genetic basis of love are currently available. To address this issue, we looked for associations between markers neurotransmitter genes (the transporter gene, 5-HTT; receptor 2A, 5HT2A; D2 DRD2; D4 DRD4) six styles conceptualized by Lee (Eros, Ludus, Storge, Pragma, Mania Agape). DESIGN: A total 350 healthy young adults (165 males 185 females, mean age: 24.1±3.9 years, range 18–32 years) filled 24-item Love Attitudes Scale (LAS) were genotyped following polymorphic markers: transporter-linked region (5-HTTLPR), 5HT2A T102C C516T polymorphisms, DRD2 TaqI B variants, DRD4 exon 3 VNTR polymorphism. RESULTS: Statistical analysis revealed significant association genotypes “Eros” (a loving style characterized tendency to develop intense emotional experiences based physical attraction partner), well polymorphism “Mania” possessive dependent attachment, self-defeating emotions). These present both sexes remained even after adjustment potential confounders. CONCLUSIONS: Our provide first evidence possible loading styles. 1. 2.
