摘要: Abstract Advanced oxidation of amoxicillin was realized in aqueous solution by using Fenton's reagent treatment. Box–Behnken statistical experiment design used to determine the effects concentrations on degradation and mineralization. Amoxicillin (10–200 mg L−1), hydrogen peroxide (10–500 mg L−1) Fe(II) (0–50 mg L−1) were considered as independent variables batch experiments. Percent total organic carbon (TOC) removals (mineralization) objective functions be maximized. Required reaction times 2.5 min 15 min, respectively for mineralization amoxicillin. Both affected extent Complete obtained within while 37% took place 15 min. The optimum peroxide/Fe/amoxicillin ratio resulting complete 255/25/105 mg L−1.
