摘要: Abstract A simple and rapid vortex-assisted magnetic solid phase extraction (VA-MSPE) method for the separation preconcentration of ziram (zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate), subsequent detection zinc in complex structure by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) has been developed. The content was calculated using stoichiometric relationship between ziram. Magnetic carboxylated nanodiamonds (MCNDs) as solid-phase adsorbent prepared characterized Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). These carrying could be easily separated from aqueous solution applying an external field; no filtration or centrifugation necessary. Some important factors influencing efficiency such pH sample solution, amount adsorbent, type volume eluent, desorption time were studied optimized. total lower than 10 min factor (PF), precision (RSD, n=7), limit (LOD) quantification (LOQ) 160, 7.0%, 5.3 µg L−1 17.5 µg L−1, respectively. interference various ions examined applied determination waters, foodstuffs samples synthetic mixtures.
