摘要: AbstractRecent research indicates that chewing behavior may influence energy intake and expenditure. However, little is known about the relationship between body weight status. In present study, 64 fully dentate normal-weight or overweight/obese adults were asked to consume five portions of a test food number cycles, duration before swallowing rate measured. Adjusting for age gender, participants used higher cycles (p = 0.003) longer (p < 0.001) each portion food, compared participants. there was no significant difference in their (p = 0.597).
