摘要: Preeclampsia is one of the main causes maternal and perinatal mortality in world; however, pathophysiologic pathways haven't been clearly elucidated. It thought to result from a breakdown tolerance paternal antigens placenta that start an immune response against trophoblast inducing defective placentation hipoxic/isquemic environment which turn triggers systemic inflamatory response.
