摘要: Eleven patients with borderline hypertension and high cardiac output were compared to 16 paid healthy volunteers. Cardiac output, heart rate, intraarterial blood pressure determined at rest, after administration of 0.2 mg/kg propranolol i.v., an additional 0.04 atropine. In four patients, response infusion isoproterenol before i.v. was evaluated. Resting rate in elevated. After infusion, the values decreased more hypertension, but remained significantly atropine administration, difference between two groups disappeared. Consequently, hyperkinetic circulation simultaneously exhibit increase sympathetic a decrease parasympathetic tone.
