摘要: The aims of this paper were to study the genetic diversity within and among 6 Tuber taxa, phylogenetic relationships spatial distribution truffles from Basilicata region (southern Italy). Molecular analyses, using internal transcribed spacer region, microsatellites, minisatellites random amplified polymorphic loci revealed highest expected intra-specific heterozygosity (He=0.30) in T. aestivum, followed by that mesentericum (He=0.22). borchii (He=0.17), magnatum (He=0.16), aestivum fo. uncinatum (He=0.12) brumale moschatum (He=0.09) showed a lower average heterozygosity. whole set markers demonstrated be useful clearly differentiating separating them two distinct groups five sub-clusters, each corresponding one single taxon. first cluster (T. borchii, moschatum) was more differentiated than second mesentericum). most It related white (the closely magnatum) remaining black mesentericum. amount species richness higher over western side Basilicata, cold Lauretum Castanetum phytoclimatic Pavari’s zones. A structure detected for as shown significant correlation between geographic distances (rs=0.32; P<0.0001). Integration molecular patterns can allow selection sites Tuber-related biodiversity conservation.
