摘要: Kawasaki disease (KD) is an acute multisystem vasculitis of unknown etiology and associated with marked activation T cells monocyte macrophages, leading to the assumption that superantigens are involved in its pathogenesis. To determine if association exists between streptococcal KD, we examined serum antibody responses sera from 50 paired convalescent KD patients using purified recombinant superantigens, such as SPEA, SPEC, SSA MF. We found a very low frequency detection anti-superantigen antibodies by ELISA no IgG seroconversion each superantigen, indicating absence serological relationship toxin-producing infection onset KD.
