摘要: The present study was performed to determine the changes in and distribution of collagen concentration around a healing incision rat stomach duodenum. These concentrations were related mechanical properties presented previously. Wounds made nonglandular (rumen) glandular oxyntic parts (corpus) Specimens cut parallel line hydroxyproline contents dry defatted weight measured. investigated 50 40 days after operation. Of intact tissues part had twice duodenum, which did not differ from each other. wounds duodenum showed most rapid increase postoperatively both significantly greater than those tissues. only reached level tissue days. dimensions biochemically active zones incisions remain essentially unchanged for A relation between development strength shown. findings indicate that would is rapid, primary factor highest activity limited zone close line. width biochemical remains constant.
