摘要: Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most common malignancy among men and second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in United States Europe. The molecular alterations underlying PCa have recently been shown to be quite complex, involving many different genes, microRNA species, epigenetic mitochondrial changes, multiple gene translocations. Because highly complex changes this malignancy, diagnostics are exceptionally only led useful tests. Here, we will review several promising areas try indicate which ones may clinical utility near future.
