摘要: A major component of basement membranes (BMs) is perlecan, a five-domain heparan sulphate proteoglycan. During murine embryogenesis, nearly all BMs mesenchymal origin express and it believed to participate in the supramolecular assembly BMs. However, distribution perlecan human embryonic fetal tissues widely unknown, except for cartilage anlagen developing extremities spine. Clinical syndromes, caused by perlecan-associated mutations or gene-defects, suggest its multifunctional involvement during development. Here we reveal immunohistochemistry domains III V development from gestational weeks (gw) 6 12 membrane zones (BMZs) brain, nervous system, blood vessels, skin, lung, heart, kidney, liver, intestine skeletal system. Interestingly, difference two was found endoneurium ganglia. Domain strongly present gw onwards, while domain shows attenuated expression at this stage has been detected abundantly only 8 possibly indicating vascularization early stage. We be particularly those stages where epithelial-mesenchymal interactions occur.
