摘要: In Bhutan, weedy rice (Oryza sativa L.) was grown together with cultivated on terraced paddy fields lower than 2620 m above sea level. Seeds of cultivars and strains were collected at 22 collection sites located from 1000 to Cultivars round seeds frequently found in higher 2250 m, those slender 1630 m. All divided into indica or japonica types by isozyme (multi-locus) morpho-physiological (multicharacter) analyses. Japonica predominated highland; Indica lowland. Plastid type confirmed the length polymorphism for ORF100 region. The carried non-deletion ORF100. deletion contrast, showed discrepancy combination nuclear cytoplasm types. An intermediate genotypes. A recombinant type, which has genotypes analysis cytoplasm, vice versa, strains. These findings suggested that would be generated natural hybridization between japonica. Further, they might fail recombine their prior sets cytoplasm. Morphophysiological characters did not show such a tendency. Morpho-physiological highland plants, particular, Hypervariable microsatellite then used compare Identical alleles shared japonica, also This there gene-flow resulting hybridization.
