摘要: The way people process stressors is critical in determining whether or not trauma will be experienced. Some clinical and neuroimaging findings suggest that posttraumatic stress disorder patients experience difficulty synthesizing the traumatic a comprehensive narrative. Religiousness spirituality are strongly based on personal quest for understanding of questions about life meaning. Building narratives healthy perspectives may facilitate integration sensorial fragments new cognitive synthesis, thus working to decrease post-traumatic symptoms. Given potential effects spiritual religious beliefs coping with events, study role fostering resilience survivors advance our human adaptation trauma.
