摘要: Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus an endophytic diazotroph also encountered as rhizosphere bacterium is reported to possess different plant growth promoting characteristics. In this study, we assessed the biocontrol potential of G. under in vitro conditions with soil borne pathogenic fungus. The possible compounds involved involves 2,4diacetylphloroglucinol, pyrrolnitrin and pyoluteorin. Thin layer chromatography analysis revealed that antibiotic, pyoluteorin which helped suppression
