摘要: Immunobiochemical and immunohistochemical studies were performed to find out changes in neural glial components of the intestine congenital aganglionosis rats. Nervous system-specific enolase (NSE) was used as a marker component. S-100 protein NSE quantitated by highly sensitive immunoassay. And distribution studied methods fetal rats various gestational age. The results our followed;1) Significant decrease found aganglionic segment.2) Although there no NSE, significant ganglionic segment just proximal narrow segment.3) In using rat embryos, positive cells identified more caudal with increasing addition, appeared few days earlier than did.In conclusion, disclosed that abnormality component well Hirschspung's disease.
