摘要: The mixture of conjugated diene hydroperoxide isomers obtained from autoxidation methyl linoleate was separated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Four major were adsorption and identified as the 9 13 positional having thetrans-trans andcis-trans configurations. latter geometrical have thetrans double bond adjacent to group. hydroxy compounds (methyl hydroxylinoleates) hydroperoxides NaBH4 reduction similarly but with improved resolution. This is first instance complete separation these provides a rapid method for their analysis. Unlike chromatography, reversed-phase separates mixtures only according isomerism bonds not position or function.
