The PLM contributes improve product development process through efficient administration of all technical information involved. It operates multiple software solutions incorporates about product. Up now most companies only integrate from CAD/CAM/CAE into a database managed PDM system (Product Data Management). As matter fact this way proceding provides results for companies, such time/cost reduction production, Nevertheless important questions raise: these that people really need? Are developed taking account final user's viewpoint? them sustainable community environment? social, economical, environmental issues taken consideration? answer is usually 'no'. We must remember it correct but even 'the right' Human Centred Design (HCD) methodological approach which aims develop easy use, understand, worry-free users. HCD helps promote innovation starts within promotes concept "universal design" enable users' participation during entire product's lifecycle. Accordingly, crucial combine benefits strategy, PLM, with advantages social HCD.
