摘要: Purpose To study the association of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) rs4073 in interleukin-8 (IL-8) promoter region with diagnosis and age onset exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD) known genetic risk factors for AMD tobacco smoking.
