摘要: Fatal opioid overdose, the leading cause of injury death in USA, is regularly described as an epidemic. The response to overdose crisis, however, has largely failed utilise many public health tools that have proven effective combating epidemics. This failure particularly acute regarding from prescription monitoring programmes, which are routinely used clinicians law enforcement agents, but often unavailable officials.
