摘要: The embryonic organizer represents the major regulatory centre for establishment of body axes during gastrulation. Here, we discuss endodermal contributions to amphibia, birds and mammals. We differentiate between definitive, prospective liver endoderm, primitive, extraembryonic latter addressed as hypoblast in visceral endoderm further role prechordal plate, a mesendodermal tissue underlying forebrain. Our conclusion points out similarity amphibian avian organizer, with concentration inductive potentials time space. On other hand, unique feature mammals, that have shifted certain aspects head into anterior endoderm.
