摘要: Direct cooling of the testis results in depletion most germ cells vivo. Germ cell-depleted testes are now commonly used to investigate spermatogenic regeneration and can serve as recipients for cell transplantation. The present study explored effects rat on endogenous cells, regeneration, Sertoli function. Adult were cooled with iced Ringer's solution 60 minutes, which initiation apoptotic loss within 8 hours. Pachytene spermatocytes at stages XII-I sensitive cooling. In 46%-67% seminiferous tubule cross-sections, only remained 3-10 weeks after treatment. was accompanied by a significant decrease circulating inhibin B an increase follicle-stimulating hormone concentrations, indicated change Quantitative analysis mRNA expression associated signals showed no uniform changes among testes, although some individuals had distinct up-regulation FAS 24 Attempts use recipient mouse-to-rat transplantation undertaken, but none mouse transplanted into 15-34 days appeared have undergone spermatogenesis 64-92 These data suggest that modifications function resulting from testicular create environment is unable support donor cells.
