摘要: The invention discloses a goat frozen semen dilution and preparation method thereof. mainly comprises 14 to 18 g/L of phosphatidyl choline 2 6 cholesterol, wherein the is used for replacing yolk supplementing loss phospholipid cholesterol on cell membrane during freezing process, has protection function, better in effect than conventional technology; moreover, adverse effects are avoided.
