摘要: This paper presents a mathematical model of the mass transfer in an industrial, solvent-based vegetable oil extractor. The describes countercurrent cross flows porous medium and liquid miscela, some physical aspects real extractor: loading zone, drainage mechanism, loss, etc. A numerical algorithm is also developed based on method lines, applied to operational parameters sensitive characteristics raw materials, geometry extractor, other factors. Experimental data concentrations extractor agree well with model.
