摘要: Increasing use of bone marrow transplantation (BMT) and improved survival rates have led to growing concerns regarding the psychological adjustment BMT recipients. However, few systematic studies been conducted those reported focused primarily on functioning recipients several months or years after transplantation. In this article, authors report normative data 51 candidates assessed before hospitalization. Overall, found little support for previous anecdotal reports that hypothesized increased incidences negative affect during preadmission period. Interestingly, however, patients' a passive coping style was significantly correlated with higher degrees psychopathology. The provide foundation more prospective, longitudinal assessment patients.
