摘要: We present specific heat, magnetic susceptibility and magneto-resistance measurements on melt-spun Al86Mn14, Al75Mn20Si5 Al69Mn23Si8 quasicrystalline, sputtered Al85Mn15 Al80Mn20 amorphous, as well crystalline o-Al6Mn β-Al9Mn3Si alloys. The hyperfine heat term measured at very low temperatures (T < 0.2 K) the temperature Tf of a.c. maximum (indicative a spin glass transition) reveal quite similar behaviours for both icosahedral amorphous phases, with an increasing character manganese concentration is raised. In contrast, phases show no evidence presence moments. A property in comparison classical behaviour, seems to be strongly non-linear dependence below freezing temperature.
