摘要: Fifty-eight women with postmenopausal osteoporosis (crush fracture of the spine) were compared 58 age-matched normal women. The osteoporotic had lower total-body calcium levels and bone mineral content radius, undergone an earlier menopause, smoked cigarettes more, breast-fed less often. They also estrone, estradiol, testosterone reduced 25-hydroxyvitamin D, 24,25-dihydroxyvitamin 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D. These findings suggest presence changeable risk factors for development osteoporosis. Smoking should be discouraged. An adequate intake vitamin D ensured. It is opinion authors that those who have early menopause or a low mass at time given choice medically supervised replacement therapy estrogen progesterone.
