摘要: Abstract Since the 1990s, indigenous issues have come to occupy a consistent place in Global Conservation Movement. In 2000 WWF (World Wildlife Fund) published position paper entitled Indigenous and Traditional People of World Ecoregion Conservation, which posited significant overlap between biodiversity cultural diversity on global scale. The most recent Parks Congress (2003) was attended by 120 representatives. Optimistic observers heralded these events as convergence Peoples’ Movement Environmentalism.
