摘要: Some species of drosophilids have been intensely studied, especially in the areas genetics and molecular biology. However, little is known about their ecology biogeography. Here, we revise records Drosophilidae Cerrado domain, order to organize available information recognize patterns geographic distribution endemism. The 43 sampled sites this domain reveal 100 (10 them exotic Neotropical region), distributed eight genera. collections were concentrated mainly States Goias (including Federal District) Minas Gerais. Serra do Cipo site with highest richness these insects. Of 90 neotropical found Cerrado, 77 also occur outside most which are Atlantic Forest. Since extensive poorly for studies used only baited traps collect flies, absence endemism should be carefully considered. It recommended new inventories regions, northeastern part domain. Also diversification collection methods improvement taxonomy flies proposed. These directions provide a significant increase list Cerrado; thus, our knowledge its biodiversity.
