摘要: BACKGROUND The classic glycine receptor (GlyR) in the central nervous system is a ligand-gated membrane-spanning ion channel. Recent studies have provided evidence for existence of GlyR endothelial cells, renal proximal tubular cells and most leukocytes. In contrast, no myocardial has been found so far. Our recent researches showed that could protect from damage induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Further suggest contain or binding site glycine. METHODS isolated rat heart damaged LPS, monophasic action potential (MAP), rate (HR), tension activities lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) coronary effluent were determined. concentration intracellular free calcium ([Ca(2+)](i)) was measured cardiomyocytes injured LPS hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R), which excludes possibility reduced influx because neutralized Immunohistochemistry used to detect tissue. its subunit purified cultured identified Western blotting. RESULTS Although significant improvement MAP/MAPD(20), HR, reduction LDH release observed + hearts, did not recover. demonstrated prevent mycordial injury (no endotoxin) attenuating influx. exhibited positive green-fluorescence signaling along cardiac muscle fibers. blotting shows express beta subunit, but alpha1 be detected. CONCLUSIONS results expressed participates cytoprotection injury. Glycine directly activate on into cardiomyocytes.
