摘要: It has been noted that "Good doctors use both individual clinical expertise and the best available external evidence, neither alone is enough. " Evidence-based medicine (EBM) defined as process of systematically finding, critically appraising, using contemporary research published in medical literature a basis to make decisions regarding patient care health policy. In radiology, including its diagnostic interventional aspects, principles practice EBM have not thoroughly studied. this brief review article, we describe key aspects evidence-based radiology (EBR), concepts steps followed meta-analysis. The skills required EBR are identified, roles radiologic practice, education, discussed. application imaging facilitates interpretation studies produces sound comprehensive evaluation. This could be useful for radiologists clinicians at any stage their training or career. encourages especially developing countries.
