摘要: Objectives To compare the efficacy and safety between leucocyte-rich platelet-rich plasma (LR-PRP) corticosteroid in fluoroscopically guided caudal epidural injection for patients with complex chronic lumbar spinal pain. Study design A prospective randomized controlled double-blinded study. Methods Fifty eligible degenerative pain were randomly assigned a 1:1 allocation ratio to receive of (triamcinolone acetonide, 60 mg) or LR-PRP (isolated from mL autologous blood) under fluoroscopic guidance. Levels low back pain, quality life, complications (or adverse effects) evaluated at 1, 3, 6 months after treatment. Pain levels life assessed using VAS Short Form 36-Item Health Survey (SF-36), respectively. Results No significant difference was shown baseline 2 groups. Compared pretreatment values, there reductions score both significantly lower 1-month follow-up detected who received injection. However, scores group 3- 6-month follow-up. SF-36 responses showed improvement all domains group. There no effects related treatment either Conclusions Both injections guidance are equally safe therapeutically effective is superior longer pain-relieving effect life.
