摘要: Endometriosis represents a major medical concern in women of reproductive age. One the remaining hurdles for successful treatment endometriosis is limitation process timely disease diagnosis. A simple blood test endometriosis-specific biomarkers would offer more accurate diagnosis disease, thus allowing earlier intervention. Although there have been considerable efforts to identify such biomarkers, no clear choice noninvasive diagnostic tools has identified. Micro-RNAs are small noncoding RNAs that evaluated intensively as several diseases, and they may hold promise endometriosis. In this review, we highlight need testing endometriosis, discuss potential use micro-RNAs consider limitations these RNA molecules markers
