摘要: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanism action metoclopramide on lower esophageal sphincter (LES) muscle opossum. Metoclopramide gave a dose-related increase in LES active tension. A peak response 12.5 ± 2.1 g (mean SEM) achieved at 3.1 x 10-4 M. maximal and submaximal could not be antagonized by atropine, hyoscine, hexamethonium, tetrodotoxin, phentolamine, diphenhydramine, or propranolol. did augment sub responses gastrin I, acetylcholine, norepinephrine. These studies suggest that opossum, acts through direct smooth muscle.
