摘要: SUMMARY Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease may result from a host of factors. Medical therapy has largely been aimed at neutralizing acid or decreasing production but improvement upper-gastrointestinal motility prove to be valuable treatment modality as well. This paper reviews the current state knowledge pathogenesis and concentrates upon promotility with domperidone, metoclopramide cisapride.
