摘要: HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and malaria are 3 major global public health threats cause substantial morbidity, mortality, negative socioeconomic impact, human suffering. Despite the significant increase in financial support recent progress addressing these diseases, important obstacles unmet priorities remain. Disease-specific interventions have had a considerable impact on improving systems. However, despite investment, weak systems, inadequate resources, poor laboratory infrastructure continue to be expanding services. Health system strengthening should addressed an integrated approach that includes HIV-, tuberculosis-, malaria-specific interventions. Investment strategic information network capacity key actions expand services successfully address those diseases heavily impacted countries.
