摘要: The long- and short-wave components of the radiation budget are among most important quantities in climate modelling. In this study, we evaluated at earth’s surface top atmosphere over Europe as simulated by regional model CLM. This was done comparisons with budgets computed GEWEX/SRB satellite-based product realised ECMWF re-analysis ERA40. Our show that CLM has a tendency to underestimate solar energy loss thermal emission. We found clear statistical dependence imprecision on cloud cover albedo uncertainties spectrum. contrast fraction errors, temperature errors have minor impact long-wave also number atmospheric layers used simulations. simulations 32 perform better than do those 20 terms but not outgoing divergence.
