摘要: A new sensor was developed using a screen-printed carbon electrode modified with single-walled nanotubes (SWCNTs) and Prussian blue (PB) coated chitosan. The allowed the oxidation reduction of rutin at 0.25 0.096 V, respectively, ΔE 0.154 V. Furthermore, peak currents increase nearly 100% compared without modification. process more reversible only SWCNTs or PB. Cyclic voltammetry used to characterize surface. quantification sensitive adsorptive stripping than anodic voltammetry. Adsorption potential, adsorption time pH were optimized based on rutin: Eads =–0.10 tads = 60 s, 3.0. detection limit (3σ/b) 0.01 μM relative standard derivation 3%. in black tea, coffee synthetic drink tea satisfactory results.
