摘要: The Energy Foundation's China Sustainable Program (CSEP) has undertaken a major project investigating fiscal and tax policy options for stimulating energy efficiency renewable development in China. This report, which is part of the sectoral sub-project studies on industry, surveys international experience with policies directed toward increasing investments industrial sector. report begins an overview policies, including descriptions evaluations programs that use or energy-related carbon dioxide (CO2) taxes, pollution levies, public benefit charges, grants subsidies, subsidized audits, loans, relief specific technologies, as greenhouse gas (GHG) emission agreement scheme. Following discussion these individual reviews integrated found two countries well GHG emissions trading programs. concludes best practices related to encourage investment industry.
