摘要: Vaccination strategies based on the in vivo targeting of Ags to dendritic cells (DCs) are needed improve induction specific T cell immunity against tumors and infectious agents. In this study, we have used a recombinant protein encompassing extra domain A from fibronectin (EDA), an endogenous ligand for TLR4, deliver TLR4-expressing DC. The purified EDA was shown bind HEK293 activate TLR4 signaling pathway. also stimulated production by DC proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-12 or TNF-alpha induced their maturation vitro vivo. fusion between cytotoxic epitope OVA efficiently presented activation strong CTL response. Moreover, containing full improved presentation responses These proteins protected mice challenge with tumor expressing OVA. results strongly suggest that may serve suitable Ag carrier development antiviral antitumoral vaccines.
