Influence of (Zn + F) double doping on the structural, morphological, photoluminescence, optoelectrical properties and antibacterial activity of CdS thin films

摘要: The effects of (Zn + F) double doping on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties CdS thin films is reported in this paper. Polycrystalline nature observed for all films. Zn-doped doubly doped exhibit a strong (0 0 2) preferential orientation similar to that undoped film. plane shift towards higher Bragg angles favoring contraction their lattice parameter values. Increased transparency blue band gap resistivity values undoped, Zn-doped, are found be order 10−1 Ω-cm. From obtained results it physical got enhanced when co-doped with fluorine, seem potential candidate future optoelectronic device applications. Antibacterial activity as deposited were carried against E. coli gram negative bacteria from zone inhibition confirmed can used good antimicrobial agent pathogenic microorganisms.
